What data we process
The form only asks for your name, property type, area, main service, frequency (optional) and a free message. There are no dedicated fields for email, phone, address, card, payment or identity document.
If you choose WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the number or address you contact us from and the content you decide to send, including any profile data the app shares.
The website does not store form data on its own server or in Netlify Forms: the browser composes a wa.me link with the encoded text. Opening that link communicates the content to the external WhatsApp service before you confirm sending.
Technical logs of the hosting provider may include IP address, request date and time, browser or device data and security information.
We do not request children's data, special categories or unnecessary third-party data. Please do not include that kind of information in the free message.
Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry and preparing a quotation: steps taken at your request before a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Answering general enquiries and maintaining professional communication, including with company representatives: legitimate interest in responding and maintaining that communication, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Ensuring the technical security, integrity and availability of the website: legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Complying with legal obligations if a service is eventually contracted (for example administration or invoicing): art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
There are no marketing purposes, profiling or automated decisions.
Retention
We keep data while the enquiry or quotation is being handled and while the offer remains relevant; afterwards it is deleted, except data that must be kept for applicable legal duties or to handle claims, which stays blocked or restricted for its limitation periods.
Technical logs are processed for as long as necessary for delivery and security and are then deleted or anonymised under the provider's policies.
Recipients, providers and transfers
Netlify: hosting and content delivery network; it may process technical delivery and security data. It publishes a data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses.
Google Gmail: the cleanlooktnf@gmail.com contact mailbox is hosted on Google Gmail; see its official policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
WhatsApp Ireland Limited: only if you choose that channel, the content and your number are processed by the messaging service under its own policy.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Netlify's data processing agreement includes standard contractual clauses, and the Google and WhatsApp policies describe the adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses that apply. Outside the providers and channels listed, data will only be disclosed where a legal obligation exists.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it, without affecting prior lawfulness.
Write to cleanlooktnf@gmail.com. We normally reply within one month, with possible lawful extensions. We will only ask for identity verification where there are reasonable doubts and in a proportionate way; we do not require a generic copy of your ID document.

This policy describes the current website and contact channels. If a service is contracted, additional notices may apply for administration, invoicing or management of the contractual relationship.
